Since the inception of the CDAP in 2020, a multitude of SMEs have harnessed the benefits of digital consultancy and the initial $2400 grant to enhance their technological capabilities. Human After All proudly steps into the role as an authorized partner for CDAP’s exciting second phase: Boost Your Business Technology. This phase opens doors to grants up to $15,000 and interest-free loans as high as $100,000, marking a significant leap in fostering Canada’s digital landscape.

What is it?

The CDAP is a cornerstone government initiative crafted to propel businesses into the digital era. It provides critical access to training, funding, and essential resources for digital development. The first phase of CDAP focused on nurturing online business activities with up to $2400 in grants, aiding companies in e-commerce integration. Thanks to these efforts, Canadian enterprises have been able to embrace digital opportunities robustly.

Elevating Company Technologies

Human After All, as a certified advisor for the second CDAP stream, is dedicated to elevating business technologies. This initiative is tailored to optimize the technology utilized by SMEs, thereby catalyzing their success. The program encompasses a variety of digital projects – from streamlining overheads, expediting transactions, enhancing customer response times, to refining inventory and supply chain management. These projects are instrumental in boosting SME efficiency, profitability, and market competitiveness. Partnering with Human After All ensures personalized support and expert guidance for these transformative technology projects.

The Subsidy

The second phase of CDAP introduces a substantial subsidy, offering a 90% subsidized digital transformation plan. Businesses can avail up to $15,000 for a comprehensive digital transformation strategy formulated with expert consultation.

BDC Loan

A standout feature of this phase is the access to 0% interest financing. Eligible businesses that have crafted a Digital Adoption Plan (CDAP) or participated in a similar recognized program can apply for this loan. It ranges up to $100,000, providing substantial financial support for project development and business consolidation. Companies with annual revenues between $500,000 and $5 million are eligible for loans ranging from $25,000 to $50,000, while those over $5 million can secure between $50,000 and $100,000. This initiative by BDC motivates companies to invest in digital transformation, maintaining market competitiveness and fostering growth.

Eligibility and Application

Business owners or authorized administrators can apply for CDAP, provided they meet specific criteria like being Canadian-owned and for-profit or cooperative, with over $500,000 in sales in the last tax return, and directly selling goods or services to consumers.
